Terms of Service

Pre-launch notice. Rentiqa is currently in development and not yet offering a paid product or service. These terms apply to use of the rentiqa.com website, including the waitlist signup form. Updated terms will be published before any paid access is opened, and you will be asked to accept them at that time.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rentiqa website at rentiqa.com (the "Site"), operated by Rentiqa LLC ("Rentiqa," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site today

Today the Site is a marketing and informational website. It allows visitors to learn about the upcoming Rentiqa platform and to submit an email address to join a waitlist. No accounts, no payments, and no rental services are offered through the Site at this time.

3. Waitlist signups

When you submit your email address through the waitlist form, you authorize us to store that email and to send you up to a few messages relating to the launch of Rentiqa. We will not sell your email or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. You can ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to sales@rentiqa.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
Attempt to bypass security measures, including the verification challenge on the waitlist form;
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site;
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its name, logo, text, graphics, and design, is owned by Rentiqa LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Site without our written permission.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentiqa LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at rentiqa.com/terms, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers where reasonable.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rentiqa LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
